At the top end of the Dyna line comes the 2009 Super Glide Custom. Harley Davidson engineers created this bike with the intentions of packing it with most of the features and style of the more expensive Softail bikes, but without adding to the overall price tag.

The Dyna Super Glide Custom is powered by the air-cooled, Twin Cam 96 engine and six speed transmission. Like all other models on the 2009 lineup, this bike comes equipped with electronic fuel injection to increase performance and efficiency.

Major styling variations include the chrome staggered shorty exhaust, wrap-around rear fender, classic wide one-piece seat, chrome low-profile tank-mounted console, and five custom paint schemes. This model is shown laid out in Vivid Black/Pewter Pearl.

2009 Harley Davidson Fat Bob

Setting at the heavier end of the Dyna family, the Harley Davidson Fat Bob is a V-Twin cruiser that retains much of the nimble maneuverability of the more lightweight models in the line up.

Powered by Harley’s Twin-Cam 96 engine which is tuned to put out a full 92 ft-lbs of torque, this bike is ready for back roads or the city cruise. The six-speed transmission channels power to the solid cast aluminum disc wheels with authority.

On the outside you’ll notice the 2-1-2 collector exhaust, the low-profile tank mounted console, bobtail rear fender, stainless steel “drag” handlebars, and either front or mid-mounted foot pegs. The bike is also fitted with a one-piece two-up classic seat and a 5-gallon “Fat Bob” fuel tank. Available in five color choices and shown here in Vivid Black.

2009 Harley Davidson Dyna Street Bob

If “bad boy biker” is the look your after, then it might be best to take a second glance at Harley Davidson’s 2009 Dyna Street Bob. This is a motorcycle with an attitude that kicks.

The machine is propelled by the air-cooled Twin Cam 96 V-Twin engine. It generates 92 ft-lbs at 3,000 rpm and is fuel injected to keep efficiency level high. A six-speed transmission comes standards on this model which proves to be a quick combo as the entire motorcycle only weights in at 634 lbs dry.

Styling queues include stainless steel “ape hanger” handlebars, chrome staggered shorty exhaust, chopped rear fender, painted bullet headlamp, classic solo seat, and tank-mounted console. Available in five color choices and shown here in Black Denim.

2009 Harley Davidson Dyna Low Rider

For 2009 Harley Davidson decided that Dyna Low Rider had enough demand to continue production for an additional year. This this classic motorcycle features long, low styling and easy handling.

The Dyna Low Rider is powered by the air-cooled H-D® Twin Cam 96 with Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection matched to a six-speed transmission. With 92 ft-lbs of torque at 3,000 rpm, there’s plenty of power to move this 641 lb bike quickly through back road curves or accelerate from a standing start.

Easily noticed are the mid-mounted footpegs, chrome tank-mounted console, stainless steel pull-back handlebars, and one piece two-up classic seat. The factory produced this bike in 7 different color styles and it’s shown here in Vivid Black/Mirage Orange Pearl.

2009 Harley Davidson Dyna Superglide

It’s still easy to identify the Harley Davidson 2009 Dyna Superglide by it’s coil-over suspension, aggressive appearance, and powerful twin cam 96 cubic-inch engine.

The air-cooled V-Twin delivers 92 ft-lbs of torque at just 3,000 rpm. The Dyna Superglide incorporates Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection and has a fuel efficiency rating of 54 hwy/35 city. The powerplant is matched to a 6-speed transmission.

The Superglide has unique styling features which include 10-spoke cast aluminum wheels, chrome staggered shorty exhaust, front sport fender, and a rear wrap-around fender. Available in only two colors and shown here in Pewter Pearl.
