For over four decades Harley Davidson enthusiasts have been taking stock H-D® bikes, raking them forward and adding other tweaks/changes in order to create custom choppers. This trend has increased in recent years and the Softail Rocker is the bike that was crafted to be a production “custom” chopper for the rider who wants the look-and-feel of riding a chopper, but may not have the time or money to invest in a one-of-a-kind project.
The Rocker is powered by a rigid-mounted Twin Cam 96B Engine that puts out 87.9 ft-lbs of torque at just 2,750 rpm! It maintains a fuel efficiency rating of 54 highway/35 city through proper design and the Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection system. This air cooled Harley engine is matched to a 6-speed transmission which sends all the power to the large 240mm wide rear tire.
This Softail features a streched, low-profile console, “horseshoe” style oil tank, chrome staggered exhaust system, one-piece solo seat, and forward mounted footpegs. Available in just 4 color selections and shown here in Flame Blue Pearl.
